Classes

Classes are free and a great way to not only diversify your training, but also meet up with fellow members and make friends. Classes are held every day at The Ring and are always well attended and lots of fun. If you feel that you'd like to move your boxing forward and try contact, there are even sparring classes managed and supervised by the Cityboxer team.

But that's up to you. You don't need to box to get fighting fit. Cityboxer has developed a contact and non contact, fully certificated grading system. So you can still be the pound for pound champ and never lace on a glove in anger!
