City Boxer is an excellent facility with great trainers and in particular the Burf. Having been a former pro rugby player, they put me through my paces, challenge me in my boxing and create a great atmosphere!!!
I thought the Pro-Boxing night was fantastic entertainment. Great to meet the boxers before the fights too.
The Burf and his team consistently deliver inventive, engaging and enjoyable avenues of keeping fit. He is a great mentor to many budding white collar boxers, of all abilities.

I was looking for a fitness routine that would increase my stamina and build strength. I was bored of running machines and weight training and was looking for something that would challenge me. The Berserker is the toughest and most extreme work out I have ever undertaken. It requires both high level cardio fitness and strength training when using weights and bands. It is a challenge that I anticipate with dread, yet look forward to every week.
